How to sleep in a very warm room?
The weather has been very very hot the past few days.
Anyway, my bedroom is very very warm and its too warm for me too sleep.
My window has been wide open for days but still not cooled down.
My radiator is turned off.
i have tried sleeping above my blanket but still too warm.
I don't have a fan or air conditioning.
What can i do?
Try silk or like silk material blanket/sheet which gives you cool feel on your nearly naked body or bare body.
