Missing the end piece to a 3 piece sectional couch?
What would be some neat ideas to do with the end piece? The piece that is missing is the piece with the arm rest. Not buy a new one. Something to put there or what would make it look alright?? Any suggestions appreciated! Thanks!
I have a sectional that has (instead of an armrest) a chaise on one side which makes sense with how its oriented in the room -- it's sort of more open and welcoming.
Maybe you could arrange it in the room so it feels "intentional". Or perhaps get an ottoman that compliments the couch and place it where the missing piece is to give the illusion of continuation. Stage the ottoman so it has function (a throw and/or serving tray with items neatly arranged). Create balance through other asymmetric means to have the couch 'make sense' in the space.
