What are energy vibrations?
I was reading on a gemstone sight that quartz has a very similar vibration to that of humans? What does that mean? Do auras pulse and move? Is that the same with all things, especially gemstones? How can someone tell if a place/ person/ object has negative energy? Also, what gemstone is the best for trying to be more confident, patient and calm and less angry? I am 14 years old. Also, how should i choose my personal gemstone? Thanks!

energy works on wavelengths,
you know on the old time tv moviews,at the start of the movie they have the wee antena with the wee radiowaves coming out of it, thats energy vibrations/waves
thats what energy emits and we dont see it usually, rarely we do,we can 'see' heats energy when its really hot, liek in the dessert you can see the heat waves
usually if soemthing has negative energy, its not that hard to feel it, i think most of us know really easily when something/soemone is negative, and when we dont 'know' we still feel it, it usualyl makes us feel negative too, tired, irritible, exhausted, evne angry or frustrated or sad
the gemstone people tend to pick is whatever ones they feel attracted to
and usualyl any that are suited to your star sign

the term vibrations does exist in science especially in the field of audiology and tho some people may think this is an entirely different kind of 'vibration' its really not
anyone who tells you to get educated maybe needs a little bit more themselves too, as we all do from time to time,
